I have spent much of my life creating opportunities for Ugandans — through public service, investment and business. Little Explorers brings that purpose to where I believe it matters most: our children. I believe Uganda’s children deserve the same opportunity to develop the confidence, emotional intelligence and leadership skills given to children anywhere in the world. Africa is full of potential. Our responsibility is to help the next generation discover theirs.

We created Little Explorer with one belief: every child is born with a unique set of strengths waiting to be discovered. Our role is to recognize those strengths, nurture them through individual attention, and give each child the confidence and tools to use them. Living between Dubai and the United States and building businesses across different markets taught me that leadership is not reserved for a few—it can be nurtured from an early age. At Little Explorer, every child deserves the opportunity to discover their potential and learn to lead in their own way.
